It was too small

The size isn't anywhere. It should be 118cm, but it's only 110cm. It hugged me like a caterpillar. It was sewn in a basement. The sweatshirt is all crooked! The pocket is sewn on askew. The sleeves are super long, down to the knees, and the shoulders hang down.. I won't be able to wear it. What am I going to do with it? Just wasted money
