They can also be purchased in black or white. I chose the boots in size 42 in white. A kind of gray leather layer (I assume that it is polyurethane) was applied all around as protection against what is probably bad weather, so there is less risk of the shoes getting dirty and wet quickly in winter. Just pay attention to the manufacturer's centimeters and order 1 to 2 sizes larger for you, then you're on the safe side
