The body of the container is stainless steel. A bit thinner than I expected but it's sturdy and holds up well. The lids are cheap and thin- definitely not leak proof. Probably won't last long but at least the containers are good. My weren't packaged well meaning that the bottom two containers arrived dented. It doesn't bother me but it's still a shame. All in all would recommend.

All 8 pieces, nested one inside the other, were damaged during transportation. It wasn't possible to separate them just like that, because they were all dented. Two had to be thrown away, they couldn't be restored. One lid was also broken. The metal is very thin. Without proper packaging, the product is likely to arrive damaged. Although the idea is good, the size and shape of the trays are very convenient.
One container is dented and one lid is chipped. It's impossible to use such a set. You could have at least wrapped it in bubble wrap for safety(((( and the lids are very thin. I previously ordered similar containers - the lids were sturdier
The containers are not stainless steel, they are magnetic (stainless steel should not be magnetic), the lids are like those of disposable plastic tableware, very weak. One of the containers has dented corners, 4 lids out of eight are broken and not usable.
