Hello, I would like to report a problem with this product. I have been using it for almost one year, and it worked perfectly until now. The device charges normally—the indicator light flashes while charging and turns green when fully charged. However, when I press the start button, nothing happens. The device does not turn on or start working. It seems that the button is not responding or there is a technical fault. The product has not been dropped or misused. Please advise me on how to resolve this issue. I would appreciate a replacement or a refund if necessary. Thank you.

It doesn't work I have tried to return it but you don't answer
