Reproduces the train with the typhoon removed from the front. The whistle on the roof is included as a separate part. The frame installed on the front through door on the toilet side is reproduced using printing. The head and tail lights and front display unit are equipped with a constant-on circuit board and an ON-OFF switch. The head and tail lights and front display unit are illuminated by white LEDs. The headlights use color prisms to illuminate in a color close to incandescent light. The front display unit is interchangeable and comes with a pre-printed "One-Man" part. The front display unit comes with separate parts with replacement "Local" and "Rapid One-Man" printed on them. Car numbers and some notations are pre-printed. Shoe prints and door rails are printed in silver. Features a flywheel-equipped motor, a new current collection system, and black wheels. Uses an M-13 motor. Includes a TN coupler (SP) as standard.
