Too large

S-M | Black

I tried on the jacket and sent it back immediately because it was too big for me. Joom rejected the refund with the reason that the return was too late. This is demonstrably untrue. Now Joom has the returned product and my money. I request a refund within 14 days. Otherwise, I will have to take legal action. The support is catastrophic and unhelpful.
