Generally a good product, however, there are some slight issues. The cord is too short. About 70-80 cm, from memory. Had to use an extension cord. The device sometimes stop working resulting in lower temperatures when used in horizontally. It needs to be shaken in the water a bit to "maybe get some water into it to sense the temperature". Not sure. There a bubbles coming at first from the base of the cord. It may need that cavity to be filled for better sensing. +- 1.5 degrees C accuracy, with 2-3 C hysteresis.
