For 16cm speakers, the round inner holes are the screw holes. For 17cm speakers, the U-shaped outer holes are the screw holes. The baffle is a product used when installing aftermarket speakers. When replacing factory speakers, the inner baffle board reduces vibrations transmitted to the door, creating a tighter bass tone and improving sound quality. Instructions are not included.
