It looks better in the photo than in reality. You can sleep on it, but only if you stuff two pillows into the pillowcase. Too soft, it's like there's nothing under your head.

There is absolutely no volume in the pillow. Now I don't know how to use it. Maybe lay it on the chair for sitting 🤔
