One earbud doesn't work. After contacting customer support, I received advice on how to reset the headphones. The advice worked, but I have to do this reset almost every time I take the headphones out of the base. I couldn't inform customer support about this because they closed the possibility of further communication. Now they write that the warranty period has expired. In addition, the rubber tip flew off the earbud, and it's impossible to put back even the new one that comes in the set. The battery lasts a very short time. The product is of poor quality, and also faulty. I will not recommend this product to anyone, nor the seller, nor JOOM in general.
