This upgrade is perfect for Squier Strat HSS and other similar style import guitars, and also works with most modern American/Mexican made standard Strat HSS style electric guitars. It significantly improves sound quality.
This guitar comes with Artec pickups featuring Alnico 5 magnets. The neck and middle pickups (6.3K/6.5K) feature staggered pole pieces designed to replicate the Fender American '60s Strat pickups. The middle position features reverse wound, reverse polarity (RWRP) for hum cancellation. The bridge pickup (16.8K) also features a 16.8K bridge pickup.
