On the other hand, the packaging of this one is different from the original, and the boxes are defective. The envelope containing the photocards, CDs, etc. was also broken... I bought 4 Voice Keyrings and have requested a full refund for all 4 products from Joom. Please don't deceive the fans; it's not fair. Thank you.

It's fake, I bought it with the excitement of having an original heeseung but it's fake, you can tell by the size, the legs, the snout, etc. The voice sound is also bad, I'm even missing a photocard (the group one). I tried to return it but joom didn't let me for “lack of proof”. For the price it is, I don't recommend it, on other apps they sell them of the same quality as this one cheaper

This should have been an original... but it wasn't! The size, fabric, and appearance did not match the original! You could also tell from the packaging. A disgrace for the price!

The box was not packed in bubble wrap, but just a folded bag was lying next to it in the box. Everything is crumpled and inside the envelope with the cards is opened, crumpled, the plushie itself is fine, the cards are also in good condition. But it's impossible to say for sure that it's an original
