It shortens my food preparation time to just a few minutes. It is made of stainless steel blades and food-grade materials. It contains two different sizes of chopping blades and 5 interchangeable blades, which can be used for slicing, cuting into large or small pieces, thick or thin slices. The vegetable chopper cuts cucumbers, carrots, onions, radish, chocolate, cheese, apple, potato, tomatoes, eggplant... and separate egg yolks. If the vegetable is a thick one like radish, you need to cut it in slices before you chop them into cubes. The set also contains peeling tool, which I appreciate. It comes within it's own box.
