Subject: Reporting defective item - Golovejoy Gloves (Order no. [Insert order number]) Dear Customer Service / Esteemed Seller, I received my order today containing the thermal gloves (brand Golovejoy). Unfortunately, I found that the zipper is defective and does not work correctly. I kindly ask you how to proceed to carry out a product replacement with a perfectly working one or to request a refund. I am attaching a photo showing the problem.. Awaiting your reply, I send my best regards.. Teklit Mehari
It arrived today, October 17, 2024. It's for my girlfriend's car. Hers is the green microfiber cloth that broke during washing, the elastic one. She enjoys it.
It is useless. It's plastic not rubber. If it is mounted on the toilet, it does not stick and makes many creases on round or semi-round surfaces. A lot of money spent on it and it's totally useless.
Wrong colour!!!!!!!!!! I waited three weeks for the wrong colour! Is it too difficult in this world to get exactly what we ordered? I specifically ordered gold.
Really not good products, they don't suck up anything, not even bread crumbs from the table. So in the car it's impossible to vacuum. I am really disappointed.
