■To customers having sunglasses lenses replaced in-store from March 1, 2024 onwards■ From March 1, 2024, if you bring your sunglasses to our store for lens replacement, an additional processing fee of ¥3,300 may be charged in addition to the lens cost. Customers having lenses replaced in-store can have the processing fee waived for the first time only if they present the sunglasses themselves and the [shipping confirmation email] showing the shipping date to our store staff within 6 months of the product being shipped. Please be sure to present these to our staff.
