Shame I got a dud because this is a really nice locket. Feels like I should say "Oz" when I touch it 😏 The gem fell out of the setting as soon as I opened the bag, also has a large scratch on part of the surface; and the clasp doesn't close properly on mine either. Joom also just auto refunds on damaged items, even though I requested an exchange. Because I ordered with points and a 3 item discount, it would be more expensive to buy another 😔 Approx. Received the ring today and am disappointed that the "slow boat from China" took so long. Dispatched 20th Oct. But maybe the wait was worth it. . . . My initial reaction when I opened the package was "Hello, this looks good". And it is. The size is exactly what I asked for which is very important. Its glistens in the daylight and has a ring of quality about it, pardon the pun. I'm really glad I00 won it, and can't wait to wear it out in public. Highly recommended at an excellent price. Update. Still wearing it with pride.
