This soluble fiber formula provides concentrated soluble fiber from a variety of sources, including psyllium husk, gum arabic, and oat bran.
Suggested Use
Adults - Start with one serving daily and gradually increase to your desired daily intake. Add the powder to at least one 8-ounce glass of liquid and stir briskly. For easy mixing, pour into the bottle, close, and shake. Drink immediately. If too thick, add more liquid and stir. Drinking more liquid may help. If mild gas or bloating occurs, reduce the dosage until your body adjusts. For best results, take daily.
Do not take within 1-2 hours of taking prescription medications. If you are taking medication or are under medical care, consult your healthcare professional before taking this product.
Other Ingredients: Psyllium, acacia gum, gluten-free oat bran, apple cider vinegar, apple pectin.
Note: The carbohydrates in this product are primarily indigestible fiber. Digestible carbohydrates are only 1/2 gram per serving.
