Bifidobacterium 30 mg, Lactomin 30 mg, Cassia seed extract 120 mg (extracted from approximately 1,200 mg of Cassia seeds),Dimethylpolysiloxane 180mg, Calcium Pantothenate Type S 34.6mg (equivalent to 22.5mg calcium pantothenate) Additives: Corn Starch, Erythritol, Anhydrous Silica, Cellulose,Reduced Maltose Syrup, Powdered Sugar, White Sugar, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Ascorbic Acid, CMC-Ca, Magnesium Stearate, Calcium Lactate, Sucralose, Aspartame (L-Phenylalanine Compound), Flavor Precautions: Take the following dosage by chewing or allowing it to dissolve in your mouth, with at least 4 hours between doses. - Ages 15 and older: 1 tablet per dose, 3 times daily - Do not administer to children under 15 years of age
