Shrinkable tube. Excellent quality. I have ordered several times. I use it to dress the handles of fishing rods 🎣💪 (protects and makes a better grip when you have a fish on the hook). I recommend without question 👍

It remains to be tested. ;-) A little wide, but I will wait for the heat blower to confirm or deny the correct size.
