The color and model are identical to the picture, and I liked it very much, but the heel is not as in the picture. I feel that it moves when walking and its type is like plastic. Lovely boot except the lack of a side zip to help get boot on may appear to be a problem, contemplating whether to purchase any further supply until I get feed back from my customers, its a shame for they could of been a hit, the designers may have made a big boo boo .
