For external use:
Hair Mask: mix 1-2 tbsp. (10-20 g) powder with coconut oil or water until the consistency of thick sour cream is formed. Apply the resulting mask on the scalp, roots and length of the hair, warm the head with a plastic cap and a towel. Leave for 30 min-hour. Wash off with shampoo and warm water.
Mask for the face: mix 2 tsp. (10 g) powder with base oil until smooth. Apply to cleansed face. Wash off after 15-20 minutes with warm water.
For internal use: take 2-6 g (½–1 tsp) twice a day before or after meals with warm water.
