the product does not match in dimensions I wish to return it for a refund and order the same product but corresponding to the one that is broken

This is not the right product. how do we go back now? the delivered product has a 15mm hole and that of the order 17mm

It comes in with a bit of effort....but it's very good quality.

The handles did not match the dimensions, instead of 17 mm there were 15 mm and did not fit the pressure cooker. We returned the cost of the goods, for this 5 stars. Probably the packers of the production mixed up. thanks for understanding
