Instructions for use:
For Bath: add a few drops of essential oil to warm water.
For aroma diffuser: add 5-12 drops to a diffuser filled with the right amount of water.
For massage: mix 6-7 drops of essential oil with base oil.
for air freshener: add 10-20 drops of essential oil to water or spray.
To eliminate muscle cramps and sprains: mix 30 drops of cypress essential oil with 50 ml of base oil (e.g. coconut or jojoba) and massage.
