The big hand does not pass the number 12 The battery was replaced, but the problem is with the hand Unfortunately, they don't work as they should Simple, beautiful accessory

The watch that arrived was not the one in the photo. The order was for 2 different pairs. These did not arrive. I mistakenly confirmed that I received them. Who can I contact?
