The flowers themselves are really beautiful, but the holders that were promised as a gift are missing. What a pity.
The stars were promised with clip, but they are missing in the delivery

The flowers would have been beautiful if they had been properly packaged. Without a packaging bag, all 10 pieces were stuffed into a postal bag. It was quite expected that all the flowers arrived in a crumpled, ugly condition. It's a pity. I'm taking off a star for this.
The flowers are beautiful but they forgot to put the mount, what now? You can't buy this mount. I have two orders, two colors, pink and blue, it's a pity. They are very good, but can you send this mount?

Packed in one package, stuck together in one heap. They fall out very badly, when I opened the package another half a kilo of gloss spilled out.
