Nice boxing bag. Thought it was filled. After some Googling I found that it had to contain clothing scraps. ! I myself have stuffed a lot of old clothes, sheets etc. etc. in it. The latter is important, because otherwise the bag will not be hard enough. ! Recommended . Greetings, OTTO
