The underwear is terrible, no compression, I took different sizes, even two sizes smaller and even those are not compression.

It's rather on the small size. I bought a 48/50 my normal size is 48, I would advise to buy one size larger to be comfortable. Very well made, nice material and even though a bit small it is not uncomfortable, but I haven't worn it yet for any length of time. I imagine it will be rather difficult to pull up and down if you need to use the bathroom.
