A non-abrasive edge was needed.
The thing is absolutely unnecessary. Apparently, they glued diamond dusting onto starch paste. The first attempts to do a manicure were unsuccessful - the diamond dusting was still lagging behind.
The file is large, I wasn't expecting such a size, it's for feet, too rough for fingernails, more like a rasp
