It took a loooooooong time. Ordered on 02.02 received on 04.04. After placing the order, the cashback arrived a week later, meaning the money went to the seller. Two weeks later, the order was handed over to the seller for assembly. And that was it. It didn't move for a month and a half. After approximately 7 weeks. Things started moving. The order arrived in Poland. A week to Kyiv. I received a notification from Nova Poshta customs to my email requesting documents. Passport, tax code, payment receipt (I sent a screenshot from Privat24 and a screenshot from the store). Nova Poshta's customs broker services are free for charging stations. From the moment it cleared customs to receipt - 6 days. Arrived 30% charged. Charging power without settings 1kW. Overall everything is fine if only it wasn't so long After starting, it updated 2 times via the internet. Through the app. It's in the box. Just in case. Thanks to the defenders, there is now light. I've already oiled the machine gun, now I'll proceed with the light.

Very pleased with the product. The amendment was two weeks longer. Customs clearance is free - they asked to send copies of passport, tax ID and receipt of payment for the order from the bank. Works every day according to the declared functions. European sockets. Software updated twice already. When trying to register on Ecoflow.ua, it reports that this serial number was not officially imported into Ukraine.. Customers note that the kit includes only one cable - for charging the station from a 220v mains, as well as in the User Manual - section "What's in the box"

The charging station arrived in non-working condition. It does not turn on, after connecting to the network, the indicators show zeros and do not charge. I contacted the support service, after a 1.5-month epic with nervous rewriting, sending the station back, etc., the money was returned, only now the station costs 1.5 times more, the seller for some reason did not want to exchange the station itself (as I requested) for a new one, without any explanation... I no longer wanted to order anything in the store. ...

Ordered it 7.12.2025 received 4.01.2026 I didn't pay any additional duties, everything was as indicated at the time of purchase. I received it quickly, I have no complaints. I am satisfied with the seller, everything was done as described in the description. Nova Poshta delivered by courier to the door without extra charge.
