Poor management, it took 3 months to arrive and the customer service was pathetic. Anyway, never again.
Ordered the station on 26.08, a waybill was created in a couple of days and appeared in the Nova Poshta app with delivery from Germany. Then a couple of weeks of silence, and from 15.09 the parcel was sent, it was at Nova Poshta in Frankivsk on September 20th. In the process, due to the long delivery, Joom gave a 15% discount on the next order. No one contacted me from customs and no receipts were required. The station works great, charges quickly. After connecting to Wi-Fi and the official EcoFlow app, an update immediately arrived for it.. It cost 25 thousand, which is 10 thousand cheaper than on Rozetka and a couple of thousand cheaper than on OLX.
You could have not called, it arrived directly in a month. It works, but it says 43 full charge 100%, in fact from 34% to 100% 53 min 😳 Approximate full charge 0% → 100%: 54 ÷ 66 × 100 ≈ 82 minutes, i.e., approximately 1 hour 22 minutes.
Strong smell from the battery, it might air out. Arrived on time, packaging intact, everything works.
