Too small

Order/Order no.:7X59DQVN Dear Sir/Madam, I received the ordered shipment. It is good quality. I like it. Unfortunately, according to traditional sizing, size "L" is right for me. In this case, the jacket size is definitely too small. Is it possible to exchange for a larger one? 3XL

It doesn't correspond to the size at all, it's about 3-4 sizes smaller. Therefore, I was disappointed, but I got back at least 50% of the price. I certainly won't be ordering clothes anymore.
