Peugeout grinders use proprietary grinding mechanisms dedicated to various types of spices. Salt grinders can be used to grind coarse, sea and rock salt. Pepper mills are equipped with a special mechanism with a spiral burr shape, ensuring optimal introduction of the grains and their grinding. The grinding thickness in PEUGEOT grinders can be set either by traditional smooth regulation or in the case of grinders with the uSelect mechanism, by selecting one of 6 levels of grinding fineness.
