Very nice gadget. I don't know is it better then Medica+ or other but. + I have the result. Once a week I spa procedures and it is veeeeery useful for my skin. + The rubber nozzles I use for washing makeup brushes and my cat's chin. - But it is 1 big minus - the scrubber is scary of water. You should take a towel for saving dryness inside gadget.
