Directions for use: Take 1 scoop of CELL-TECH® with 6 ounces of water immediately after exercise. On non-workout days, take one serving first thing in the morning. As with all creatine products, drink plenty of fluids while taking it. For those who want to increase effectiveness: Take 2 scoops of CELL-TECH® with 12 ounces of water immediately after exercise. On days when you are not exercising, take 2 scoops first thing in the morning. For those who want to get the best results: First 7 days (prep phase): Take 2 scoops of CELL-TECH® with 12 ounces of water first thing in the morning and 2 scoops immediately after exercise with 12 ounces of water.
