How to use the product: Adults and children over 2 years old: Apply toothpaste to your toothbrush. Brush your teeth thoroughly, preferably after every meal or 23 times a day, or as directed by your dentist or doctor. Be careful not to swallow and spit out after brushing. For children under 6 years of age, use pea-sized amounts to minimize swallowing and supervise until good brushing and rinsing habits are established. Children under 2 years of age: Consult your dentist.
