The tablet is not bad, just not suitable for what I need to use it for. I found the description "made prettier" than reality, so partly not matching reality. Therefore, I want to return it, but how difficult that is at your company, terrible. Do you sometimes wait with your "review" until the return period has expired? The tablet is packed up, entirely in its original condition as received, but I need a return address, otherwise I can't do anything. P.S. I will make a note in the customer panel of the Consumers' Association, of which I am a member, that returning items is particularly customer-unfriendly compared to other online sellers. Sorry, I have to do that because that's why I'm a panel member.
