Flawless device. works perfectly
The item arrived in Ukraine quickly, about 2 weeks. The pruner is comfortable, fits well in the hand, is quite fast in operation, cuts branches well, I will see how long it lasts during use. The batteries look powerful, although not the same as in the promotional photo. I gave 4 stars because the pruner arrived with a broken protective guard. The item was placed in a box without any additional packaging, so the components rattled around in the box during transportation, which caused the part to break off. The seller needs to pay attention to better packaging of the goods

When unpacking, individual parts of the scissor handle fly towards me... 2 broken off and 1 crack I won't even unpack the rest... The order arrived in 4 days. That's great. But a complaint can only be made in 28 days! That can't be right. I need a working device. It's not described how the complaint works. No return? No replacement? So I can't even buy elsewhere, but have to wait 1 month to see what happens? 0 stars
I had a good experience with the order and delivery.. However, the product is of poor quality, and after two days of work, it was damaged to such an extent that it became completely unusable.. I request the exchange of the product or a refund equal to its value.
