The item has a very bad smell. it is not stable and very uncomfortable. Also it arrived very squshed. It is very poor quality . I would like refund. Your customer support button is missing so I am using the review. But this is not a review, it is a complaint. Your proceedure for returns is not very clear with missing buttons causing hassles to customers, please rectify this. Thannks
