Customs clearance costs +1270 HUF, but in return at least the package arrived opened. The bastard shipper glued it back with a 1 cm wide, about 5-6 cm masking-like strip, but of course it separated from the box. I can't imagine what the hell was doing in the box. Luckily, nothing was missing from the opened package. The usual substandard delivery of the waste Magyar Posta, that I had to go to get the package the next day. I saw in the Joom package tracking that I was not at home, so they could not deliver the package, while of course I was at home. Of course they did not send a notification about the package, because why would that be, I will somehow figure out that my package is at the post office. The product is otherwise adequate, in Hungary I would have only gotten a used one from a scrapyard for this much, including delivery.

Hello, sorry to write to you, but the part received does not correspond to an original Renault part which is really more flexible to be able to adapt to the vehicle, which is not the case of the part you sent me. The molded plastic is much too hard, and suddenly it does not have the original malleable shape to integrate correctly. moreover unfortunately the clip of the upper part of this part is broken, I did not find the small missing part in the package ... mystery. Hoping that we will find a solution to this problem, I won't hide from you that I would prefer an immediate refund to my account.. with my best wishes. R.Mottier

Good dimensions a very slight play on the part that has no screws but that can go. On the other hand I find that the tracking of the items leaves a little to be desired I received my order this morning and fortunately I was there no announcement before of the delivery day otherwise despite everything quite satisfied and since this day very disappointed because it starts to deteriorate whether it is the left and right will not last long and given the price I claim a refund at least partial will not finish the summer attached photos
