Wine red 0961 (large pebble texture)

Terrible experience. I ordered a burgundy bag and received a black one: an unacceptable mistake, especially since it was a birthday gift. I can't know if the person it was intended for already has one of the same color, and this caused me enormous distress.. As if that weren't enough, the package arrived completely crushed, punctured, and visibly damaged. The box was also in truly terrible condition, giving the impression of a product handled with very little care.. Honestly, between the disastrous packaging and the completely wrong color, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I expected much more care and professionalism. I do not recommend this seller.
