870 EVO SATA III High-Speed Solid State Drive (SSD) - Available In 1TB, 2TB, and 4TB

So, at first, I thought that this was great. I installed it correctly. Partitioned the drive successfully and no issues. Then I tried to download to it multiple times. It reaches around 50GB used and then constantly disconnects/reconnects or simply disappears completely. I have tried everything to get it to work correctly including going through the bios, trying a different sata cable and even trying to use a different port. Nothing works. It does the same every time. Gets to 50GB used and then bottlenecks the write speeds to under 2mb/s. Couple this with the fact I purchased this on the 12th Feb and it only just arrived today (9th March) has left a negative feeling. I feel like I have been scammed. DO NOT BUY

the disc is dead. Drive is not detected by systems. tried on a computer and laptop. launched many programs. in bioses, the same is not determined. introduced various commands. to no avail. I work as a system administrator - the disk is really dead

Unfortunately, the hard drive has failed me twice now. After installation and many updates under Windows 10, the drive was no longer recognized in the BIOS, and this happened a second time. In the meantime, the drive was visible again, and I was able to install an operating system (Linux) on it (using a different laptop), which then also crashed because the drive was no longer visible. Since I used two different computers and other drives were immediately available again after swapping them, I can very clearly state that it was the drive. I have filed a complaint but have not yet received a response, which I find very regrettable and also discourages me from ordering further items from JOOM.

After one time describing, crash 2TB SSD drive, reactivate with x-tools no longer possible CHF 30.- into the scrap!! Shame 😪 as an IT technician it was worth a try and might have generated more revenue! Conclusion: Hands off, better to pay approx. CHF 190.-, but then it works!

4TB SSD is very good. Have formatted 250GB + 900GB + 900GB + Rest approx. 1700GB

Ordered 2Tb 2 pcs. They arrived quite quickly, during the check of the real volume with h2testw on 64Gb, the program reported an error, and after that, the SSDs stopped being detected by Windows. The product is dishonest and defective.

Ordered 4TB, the computer shows 4TB but more than 50GB doesn't fit money down the drain. how to get money back?

Unfortunately, this is already the second disk we are ordering, and the second one is not displayed on the computer.

Unfortunately, the laptop does not start with this SSD,
