The delivered electric tricycle is unusable due to a technical fault. The fault is as follows, and I have already reported it! The drive sprocket and the driven sprocket are visibly out of line. When pushed manually, it throws the chain off immediately. UNUSABLE! I have already communicated this to you several times. I want to send it back but only after a refund, otherwise I liked the structure, it's just unusable! I have a technical qualification. I take responsibility for what I have described!
