How to Use: Rinse dried mushrooms briefly in cold water. Soak in warm water equal to twice the volume of mushrooms. Soak for 30 minutes. Mushrooms should be firm and tender. If dry or rough, continue soaking until desired consistency is reached. Squeeze out excess water. Use mushrooms as needed. Remaining water can be used as a base for sauces, soups, and stocks.
