Directions for Use
For adults, add 2 scoops (30.6 g) (1.08 oz) to 3/4 cup (178 mL) (6 fl oz) of cold water or your favorite beverage to supplement your diet with protein. Stir vigorously until completely dissolved. Consult your healthcare provider if you are taking any supplements or medications.
