The battery died after three weeks of use. Now it holds a charge for a maximum of 15-16 hours. Complete garbage.

The health functions on the watch work fine, and it's easy to navigate the settings. The problem is the communication with the phone, it keeps disconnecting (POCO F7) and doesn't reconnect automatically. Messages don't come through. I only managed to make a call through the watch once, and the speaker volume was particularly good then. It's not a setting issue because this is my 5th such smartwatch or bracelet. I'm sorry because it's a watch with good functions but terrible phone connectivity. My Amazfit GTS 4 mini watch connects to the phone perfectly, even at 4 years old, compared to this.
I received this watch, but I am completely disappointed. It was left to charge, but it doesn't work. I request a refund. For the amount I paid for it to not even turn on is very disappointing. I request a refund!
