Note:
Memory card of the recorder shows full:
1. Make sure the loop function of the device is turned on (if this function is not enabled, the memory will be full after recording).
2. Ensure the gravity sensor of the device is turned off (if this function is on during recording, it will automatically lock the video, which cannot be deleted, ing to full memory).
3. If the memory card is still full after the above steps, please format the memory card or purchase a new one (high speed card must exceed C10 speed).
Recorder does not record, frequently shuts down automatically:
1. Check if the recorder is in charging state (if not charging, the device may shut down).
2. Set the auto shutdown state to off (if enabled, the recorder will not record and will automatically shut down).
Recorder cannot turn on:
1. Charge the recorder for a period of time (make sure the charger is working, and the indicator light of the car charger is on).
2. If there is a memory card, remove it first (the card may be damaged, causing the device unable to turn on).
3. If the charging indicator of the device still does not light up, a reset is required.
Dash cam recordings stop, images are not continuous, intervals exist
Turn off the motion detection feature, if this function is turned on, the dash cam will automatically switch to non recording when the camera is stationary, and will switch to recording when there is movement in front of the camera.
