I did not even take these sandals out of their packet because it was evidently on someone else's dirty feet. The one sole is soiled with some black stuff. Sis! Was I supposed to touch it with mỳ hand??? How can Joom allow such an item to be sent to another client? How does your quality control work? That client should not have been refunded, to my mind. I am disgusted.
