This is a high-grip vibration-absorbing mat made by Covers exclusively for the HHKB Professional series (including Type-S). Please note: This product is not compatible with the Professional HYBRID or Classic series. By attaching it to the underside of your keyboard, it reduces vibrations while typing. Its embossed surface also provides a firmer grip on the desk, making it less slippery. It also absorbs the impact noise caused by the HHKB's resonance. While it won't eliminate the clunking sound of the keys, it will eliminate the unpleasant clunking noise and make your keyboard much quieter. It absorbs keyboard impacts while typing, reducing strain on your wrists and fingertips during extended periods of typing. This product is attached to the back of your keyboard with a double-sided sticker, which will obscure the serial number on the underside of your keyboard.
