KEY FEATURES: • STEP 1: Wearing: Open the foot pack with scissors along the cut line at the top and wear it as is. Adjust the excess area with the included tape and secure so that the foot pack adheres to your feet, such as your toes and ankles. • STEP 2: Soak: Leave the foot pack on for about 30 minutes (60 minutes for the 60 minute type). The tear-resistant 3D foot pack unique to Baby Foot makes it easy for light movements such as going to get a drink or going to the bathroom.
