For my size 24.5 (38) I ordered 40. It fits just right. But.. I have a wide foot with a high instep, the straps kind of fix it, but still when walking I want to push my foot further inside the shoe, maybe they will stretch. For a narrow foot it will be excellent. Otherwise they are very cool).
